AN-ALQ's radar jamming subsystem deploys AI-generated waveforms that adapt in real time to the emitter's operating parameters. The system classifies threat radar by type, mode, and scan pattern within milliseconds of first intercept, then selects the optimal jamming technique — noise, deceptive, or false-target injection — without operator input.
Supported techniques include spot jamming, barrage jamming, swept jamming, range gate pull-off (RGPO), velocity gate pull-off (VGPO), and angle deception. The AI continuously evaluates jamming effectiveness via electronic support measures (ESM) feedback and adjusts power, frequency, and modulation accordingly.

The communications disruption module targets adversarial C2 links, data links, and encrypted voice channels with precision RF interdiction. Machine-learning signal fingerprinting identifies specific emitters within a dense RF environment, enabling selective disruption of target communications without collateral spectrum contamination.
The system supports both reactive and pre-emptive interdiction modes. In reactive mode, the AI responds to detected transmissions within the engagement window. In pre-emptive mode, known adversarial frequency plans and hopping sequences are loaded and jammed proactively. Frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) and direct-sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) waveforms are handled natively.

OPERATING MODES
PASSIVE / ACTIVE
The AI threat detection engine provides continuous spectral monitoring across the full operational frequency range. Neural classification models trained on a library of 40,000+ emitter signatures identify known threats in under 50ms. Unknown emitters are flagged, characterized, and added to the operational threat library autonomously.
The system operates in both passive (ESM) and active (ELINT) modes. Passive mode provides covert spectral awareness with zero RF emissions. Active mode enables precision emitter location via time-difference-of-arrival (TDOA) and angle-of-arrival (AOA) techniques. All intercept data is logged, time-stamped, and available for post-mission analysis.

TRACK FIDELITY
SENSOR-MATCHED
Electronic deception operations generate synthetic radar returns, false AIS tracks, and spoofed navigation signals that are indistinguishable from legitimate targets. The AI models adversarial sensor processing chains to produce deceptions that survive correlation and track-fusion algorithms.
Supported deception modes include false target generation (FTG), terrain bounce jamming, cross-eye jamming, and GPS/GNSS spoofing. The system can generate up to 64 simultaneous false tracks with independent kinematics, RCS profiles, and Doppler signatures. Deception fidelity is continuously validated against known adversarial sensor parameters.
